Half the flat rate up front locks your kickoff date and covers design, hosting setup, and the first draft.

Most small sites are built in 2–3 weeks. You get a live preview link and two rounds of revisions included.

50% on launch
The remaining half is due the day we go live. No retainers, no surprise invoices, no auto-renewals.
An honest note on hosting
You own everything. We don't markup hosting.
Hosting and domain registration are billed directly to you, in your name, by the provider. We set them up, hand over the logins, and document it. Expect roughly $15–$25 per month for a small site. If you ever want to move on, the whole site moves with you.
